that's it ,no more scenes there are no more scenes left ,that gallary is design to add more scenes in future but the game was abandoned so no scens were added later xD

Everything is simple. Inusen has left the game development team and they no longer have a main artist.
This has probably been asked 100 times, But how do you get the rest of this game? .24 or .23 seems to be the end on his Patreon. Or atleast the download link is junk.

Not so simple.
Milftoon is notorious for nuking projects. Such as a VN, Milftoon Beach, along with many comics (including my 2 favs--Lemonade and The Milftoons). Since Milftoon answered no questions, then or now, the True reason in each case is unknown.

It was this reason that was indicated by the authors of the game. They can't continue without an artist, and Inusen refused to work on the project any further. What is difficult to understand here?

A very experienced dev-team, Milftoon, sets out to make a 2d project. They somehow "forget" to rigidly contract the artist for the duration of the project? Further, there are no other artists available to carry on?
I played MD from the very start. Characters had greatly changed looks throughout including the main ones Joey and Linda. So, changing artists is at least plausibly doable.
So, the argument that MD couldn't possibly survive without Inusen seems too extreme.
An outsider, myself included, often convinces himself that the known parts of the puzzle are enough to adequately solve the puzzle, basically ignoring all unknown parts. Especially when people and money are involved that is just not so.
As mentioned, Milftoon has a very long history of nuking projects. I wouldn't be too quick to buy an alibi from them.

From the first to the latest version of the game, Inusen was the only main artist. And the developers did not "forget" to extend contract with him, he left the project himself because of disagreement with how they were going to develop the game further. This is what I know for sure.
